Returns
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be:
- Unused & unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Washed or used garments
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged or defective)
Exchange
- Size exchange is available subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers can contact our support team for exchange assistance.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- Wrong product delivered
Don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Packaging images
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details to process refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping charges.
- For other return reasons, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
